Our mission is simple: to walk alongside individuals on their journey toward wholeness and well-being,  using heart, evidence-based practices, and a deep respect for each person’s story.

We’re a growing, purpose-driven team, and we’re looking for people who care deeply and show up fully.

About the Role – Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-CS)

We’re currently seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional-Community Services (QMHP-CS) to join our Texas team. This role is all about showing up for individuals in their everyday environments, providing support, guidance, and mental health services that empower them to lead more stable, independent, and fulfilling lives.

If you’re passionate about meeting people where they are — literally and emotionally — this is where you belong.

Targeted Case Management Services

  • Support individuals in setting goals and taking meaningful steps toward them
  • Complete assessments, create individualized service plans, and connect clients with the right resources
  • Help navigate barriers and celebrate progress along the way

Service Delivery

  • Provide skills training, daily living support, and psychosocial rehabilitation
  • Offer family-focused services like parenting support and relationship building
  • Be ready to step in with crisis support when it’s needed most

 Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with other care providers, families, and agencies to build a wraparound support network
  • Stay in touch with your Clinical Supervisor and keep them updated on client progress
  • Advocate for your clients every step of the way

Growth & Quality Improvement

  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development
  • Contribute your voice to team meetings and quality improvement conversations
  • Always uphold ethical, compassionate, and professional care

Other Essentials

  • Keep your availability updated weekly
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Be ready to support special projects, group supervision, or new initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Must be currently resided/living in Austin, Texas.
  • Male candidates are strongly encouraged to apply to help balance client needs and program representation
  • Strongly preferred: Bilingual – English and Spanish
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients is highly valued
  • Experience working with diverse populations and providing culturally sensitive services is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
  • Current registration as a QMHP-CS through Texas Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC)
  • Experience working in community mental health preferred
  • Strong documentation skills and knowledge of state compliance requirements
  • A kind heart, strong work ethic, and passion for supporting others
  • Willing to undergo a background check
  • CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ongoing commitment to 20 hours of mental health-specific training annually

What We Offer

    • This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
    • Willing to work in a hybrid setup.
    • Salary will still be based on your experience.
