Job Summary:

The Digital Prepress (DP) Customer Service (CS) Technician will communicate with customers on desktop information and provide customer training as needed and assist sales and customer service personnel in maintaining customer relations and customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:

 

    • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED/HiSET required.
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and QuarkXpress desktop publishing applications required.
    • Extensive experience in computer operating systems required.
    • Troubleshooting / problem solving skills required.
    • Customer support and training required.
    • Good communication and organizational skills required.
