Job description

A career as a DevSecOps Encryption Tokenization within the Data Protection team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in the implementation and operation of data protection platforms. This role allows you to have a tangible impact on the security and reliability of critical services through your expertise in DevSecOps, automation, applied cryptography, and cloud services.

Your role


  • Implement, maintain, and evolve tokenization, encryption, and key management services used by critical systems
  • Automate the deployment and operation of cryptographic platforms in AWS cloud environments in a self-service model
  • Develop, operate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Terraform Cloud) by integrating security, logging, and monitoring controls
  • Ensure the stability, performance, and security of tokenization APIs and associated services
  • Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of existing applications in Go and Java with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Collaborate with technology teams to integrate DevSecOps standards and promote the adoption of security best practices

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience in software development or DevSecOps
  • Experience in infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency in Terraform (ideally Terraform Cloud), as well as GitHub and GitHub Actions
  • Knowledge of AWS environments and self-service cloud architectures
  • Understanding of applied cryptography concepts, including encryption, tokenization, and key management
  • Experience with Key Management Services (KMS) and demonstrated rigor, collaboration, analytical mindset, and continuous improvement orientation
