The Digital Assets Business Operations & Strategy team is driving the strategy and execution of Schwabโ€™s crypto offerings. The team leads high-impact initiatives that shape the future of Schwabโ€™s presence in this rapidly evolving space. We combine strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver insights and recommendations that influence product development, market positioning, and long-term growth.

As Manager, Digital Assets Business Operations & Strategy (individual contributor), youโ€™ll help define and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence across our digital assets offerings, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Lead and execute strategic crypto projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, technology, finance, risk, and operations)

  • Synthesize large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights, develop business cases, and inform product and market strategies

  • Build and maintain perspectives on industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory developments in digital assets

  • Develop high-impact presentations and analysis for executive audiences

  • Own workstreams within complex projects and drive end-to-end delivery, from ideation to implementation

  • Cultivate strong relationships across the organization and with external partners to advance strategic priorities

  • Exercise professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy or operating roles within financial services, technology, or consulting

  • Demonstrated experience in analytics, financial modeling, and business case development

  • Excellent problem-solving and storytelling abilities; proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools

  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
