Job description

Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking a Systems Engineer, who has experience working all phases of the system engineering lifecycle. The candidate must have strong experience in the design and modification of architectures. This includes the ability to produce documentation and drawing packages as required.  Candidate must be willing to learn and be prepared to work with a small, mission-focused team that frequently interacts with other teams, users, and customers. 


Required Qualifications: 

  • Twenty (20) years’ experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required; additional four (4) years’ experience may be considered in lieu of degree 
  • Strong System Engineering experience, to include documentation 
  • Hardware and Software Integration experience 
  • Experience working in both Windows/Linux environments 
  • Experience with Visio or other drawing applications 
  • Basic System Administration knowledge 
  • Experience with NETMAC software   
  • Dataflow knowledge/troubleshooting (Niagara Files / Ephemeris) 
  • RF Antenna experience (any, but more specifically HW and servo support) 
  • The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with object-oriented programing languages, GNU, Software Defined Radio (SDR), ELK/Elasticsearch. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Storage Management 
  • Virtualization 
  • Ip networking and Firewall exp.
  •  All Linux
  • Solid understanding of PKI/TLS/crypto including crypto policies 
  • Experience with automation tools is a bonus 
  • Application support and general troubleshooting 
  • SSP compliance and STE/STN support on Linux systems. 
  • Familiarity with Cisco and Juniper devices 
  • Familiarity with Ansible and scripting 

Security Clearance: 

  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
