About the Job
Ruan is hiring Class A Team CDL drivers to haul cryogenic liquids in tanker trailers for our dedicated customer. This role is ideal for two individuals who already have a strong working relationship-such as friends, partners, or family members-and can collaborate effectively from day one. Drivers will need hazmat and tank endorsements.
This position will transport and deliver liquid oxygen, nitrogen, or argon for our dedicated customer. Cryogenic liquids are used in a variety of food, medical, and industrial applications from the production of food and beverages, care of medical patients, welding and cutting, manufacturing of vehicles and equipment, to the manufacturing of windows, and everything in between.

Pay
Get paid weekly earning activity-based pay with each team driver earning an average of $140,000 - $150,000 per year.
Schedule
Drivers will be out for 2 weeks at a time followed by 5 days home. We are hiring team drivers for hazmat deliveries operating throughout Virginia, Illinois, Wisconsin, Mississippi, Kentucky, and surrounding areas. Equipment is domiciled in Chicago IL, and drivers return trucks to Chicago between assignments. Company-paid flights home are provided by Ruan.
Equipment
Drive an assigned sleeper hauling a tanker trailer. This operation requires 24 months of tractor-trailer experience. Drivers will also need hazmat and tank endorsements.

Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least 22 years or older
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • Additional qualifications will apply
  • With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
  • 24 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
