General Overview:

The Inside Sales Representative is a vital position within the Group Sales Department for the future growth of Mayflower Cruises & Tours. The position is charged with working alongside the sales team to take reservations, service inbound calls, manage service issues, coordinate the production of marketing materials, organize reports, and other assignments that are critical to the sales process at Mayflower Cruises & Tours.
This is a great entry level Admin Role with room for growth and advancement! Part of a team of eight supportive individuals (majority with over 20 years with the company) always willing to help each other out.
The individual job responsibilities covered below are just a guideline for the Inside Sales Administrative Coordinator position and may change with the business conditions.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Business Development Managers as assigned
  • Respond to customer, Business Development Manager, Tour Manager, inquires promptly
  • Learn company sales practices, reservations, and CRM systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain account profiles, ensuring complete and accurate contact details
  • Data Entry
  • Report directly to the Inside Sales Manager on a regular basis on related projects

Qualifications:
  • Excellent phone, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or administration a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
