As the Cruise Director for Pirate’s Bay Waterpark, you will be the heart and soul of the ship — guiding guests through an unforgettable adventure on the high seas (or waterpark waves!). You will orchestrate daily programmed activities, coordinate encounters with pirates and mermaids, and create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere that appeals to guests of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Your mission: to ensure every guest feels like part of the crew, from shy first-time visitors to seasoned “buccaneers."
