About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CRS to join our team at Stow Kent Animal Hospital. As a CRS, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients and their pets receive the best possible care and attention.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a customer service role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a veterinary or medical setting
  • Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Assist with billing and invoicing
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Ensure that the clinic is clean and well-maintained
