Job Summary (List Format):
- Position: IT SecOps Lead
- Location: Miami, FL (onsite, 5 days/week)
- Client Industry: Multi-unit retail or restaurant environment
- Regulatory Environment: PCI-DSS/SOX compliance required
- Experience Required:
- 5+ years in security/IT operations or security engineering
- Experience in environments regulated under PCI-DSS/SOX
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory, preferably Okta
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR/XDR)
- Familiarity with email security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP/DSPM)
- Experience with SOC/XDR or managed SOC services (preferably CrowdStrike Falcon or ReliaQuest GreyMatter)
- Responsibilities:
- Administer Okta and Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory identity
