Job description

About This Role

Intras Cloud Services (ICS) is on a 10x trajectory — and we're hiring the leader who will build the revenue engine to get us there. You'll own IC's go-to-market execution end-to-end: enterprise sales, partner co-sell with Microsoft, AWS, and CrowdStrike, the playbooks, the team, and the operating cadence that delivers predictable ARR. This is a player-coach role. You'll lead, but you'll also still be in the deal — sitting across from CIOs and CISOs in healthcare, financial services, and hospitality. You'll shape how ICT sells, who we sell to, and how we scale from boutique consultancy to a Managed Intelligence Provider. Built for a sales leader who wants a platform to scale, not a quota sheet to fill.

Location: In-office, Dallas. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

What You'll OwnRevenue Growth & Sales Execution
  • Lead enterprise deal-making and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Own direct and partner-sourced pipeline
  • Build sales playbooks and performance frameworks for predictable ARR
Partner Ecosystem
  • Execute co-sell GTM motions with Microsoft, AWS, and CrowdStrike
  • Leverage MDF (Market Development Funds) to generate qualified pipeline
Team Building & Development
  • Recruit, coach, and retain cloud-native sales talent
  • Embed co-selling best practices into onboarding and continuous training
Marketing & Sales Ops Alignment
  • Partner with marketing on co-branded campaigns
  • Keep CRM systems, enablement tools, and partner portals optimized
  • Track pipeline velocity and revenue attribution
Requirements
  • 7+ years of B2B sales or sales leadership in cloud / IT services, with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Proven record growing revenue through partner ecosystems and co-sell programs
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program and similar channel models
  • Experience hiring and developing enterprise sales talent
  • Executive presence with C-suite and strategic partners
  • Strong operational command of CRM systems, partner portals, and channel strategy
Benefits
  • Build the revenue engine, don't inherit one. You'll define the playbook, the team, the partner motions, and the pricing posture — and live with the results.
  • Most sales directors step into a machine someone else built. Here you build the machine.
  • AI-forward, not AI-flavored. Perplexity for account research, Copilot for proposals, Zoho CRM + automations for pipeline hygiene.
  • Your time goes to deals and partners, not admin.
  • Co-sell with the giants. Direct relationships with Microsoft, AWS, and CrowdStrike.
  • Real MDF to deploy. Co-branded campaigns.
  • ICS is built to win partner-sourced enterprise revenue — you'll lead that motion.
  • Shape the 10x trajectory. Direct line to the CEO, real input on strategy, and upside as ICS grows from boutique consultancy to Managed Intelligence Provider.
Compensation

$260K–$320K OTE, 50/50 base/variable split, uncapped commission. Health, dental, vision, 401k, and a Dallas office you'll actually want to come into.
