Job Summary:
eTeam is seeking a Cloud Security Operations Engineer to support and enhance the security of their SaaS application ecosystem. This role involves continuous monitoring, proactive remediation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen overall SaaS security posture.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead onboarding and integration of new SaaS applications into CrowdStrike FClient Shield, ensuring complete and effective coverage.
โ€ข Configure and fine-tune FClient Shield rules to improve alert accuracy and reduce false positives.
โ€ข Continuously monitor SaaS security posture and identify misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and other risks.
โ€ข Collaborate with business and technical teams to guide and support remediation efforts.
โ€ข Track and report remediation progress to technical teams and leadership.
โ€ข Develop and maintain runbooks, procedures, and operational policies for SaaS security.
โ€ข Create and manage KPIs to measure SSPM and remediation effectiveness.
โ€ข Assist with triaging potential SaaS-related security incidents.
โ€ข Promote security-by-design and privacy-by-design practices with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in security operations or related fields.
โ€ข 2+ years of experience with SSPM platforms (CrowdStrike FClient Shield preferred).
โ€ข Proven experience driving and tracking remediation efforts.
โ€ข Strong understanding of SaaS security concepts and best practices.
โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
โ€ข Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to implement and drive security best practices and complete projects.
Preferred:
โ€ข MS/MA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or 3+ years additional experience).
