We are seeking professional and dependable Event Security Guards and Event Security Officers to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI for dedicated 3rd shift and late-night event coverage. This dynamic role offers flexible scheduling across a wide variety of local venues and gatherings that extend into the late hours, including live concerts, crowded festivals, private functions, community gatherings, and high-profile corporate events. Shifts for this position are focused on overnight, late-night, and holiday hours depending on specific event timelines. As an overnight event security guard or officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, performers, vendors, and venue staff during post-operational hours. Responsibilities include monitoring main entrances and restricted exits, conducting foot patrols, assisting with crowd management, and providing top-tier customer service. Ideal candidates are observant security professionals who remain calm under pressure and handle high-traffic environments with confidence.
