As a Door Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of attraction entrances, adding to the excitement of the Halloween adventure.

Responsibilities:

  • Attraction Entrance Management: Greet guests as they approach the attraction entrances, setting the eerie tone for their Halloween experience.
  • Ticket Verification: Check and validate guests' VIP passes (if applicable) to ensure authorized entry into the attractions.
  • Crowd Management: Maintain a steady flow of guests into the attractions, preventing overcrowding and managing queues effectively.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure that guests adhere to safety guidelines, including any restrictions and any health-related requirements.
  • Guest Assistance: Provide information about attraction details, showtimes, and other park amenities, offering friendly and helpful customer service.
  • Timely Operation: Coordinate with the internal team to ensure attractions start and stop on time, maintaining a well-organized schedule.
  • Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following established protocols to ensure guest safety.
  • Hygiene and Cleanliness: Keep the attraction entrances clean and tidy, maintaining a spooky ambiance while ensuring a safe environment.

Work Schedule

  • September every Friday and Saturday
  • October 3 - November 2, 2024 seven days a week.
  • Report time varies between 6:00PM and 7:30 PM, ending time is between 10:30P-2:00AM depending on the day of the week. (Friday and Saturday nights are 2:00 AM)
