The Opportunity
As a Global Cross Border Engagement Services - Senior Manager, you will provide strategic guidance and financial advice to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. You will be responsible for consulting on pricing, immigration, contract set-up, taxes, security, name rights, and other compliance-related issues, leveraging your knowledge of cross-border tax issues and relationship skills. As a Senior Manager, you will grow as a strategic advisor, applying your influence and skills to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, solving complex problems and applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate.
In this role, you will be part of our Internal Firm Services, focusing on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with stakeholders. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, will contribute to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Consulting on pricing, immigration, contract set-up, taxes, security, and compliance-related issues for cross-border engagements
- Managing risks arising from cross-border engagements by applying strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Leveraging influence and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with engagement teams and member firms
- Conducting research and analysis on cross-border tax issues and regulations to provide informed guidance
- Developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams through coaching and mentoring
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in complex situations
- Validating outcomes with stakeholders and acting on feedback to improve processes and results
- Directing teams through ambiguity and uncertainty, demonstrating composure and sound judgment
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards, including compliance with PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
