Job Summary:
Katalyst CRO is a company focused on providing comprehensive infrastructure services. They are seeking a Process Engineer III to plan, design, and support IT infrastructure services, particularly in Operational Technology environments, ensuring compliance and global support across various sites.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and design infrastructure services and solutions in line with business, quality, and security requirements.
• Collaborate with service providers to define and manage KPIs, SLAs, and reporting for service quality.
• Ensure adherence to IT best practices, documentation standards, IT security, and change management processes.
• Contribute to architecture blueprints, technical designs, and process documentation.
• Provide hands-on support across multiple infrastructure domains, including networking, servers, virtualization, automation, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Perform root cause analyses and define corrective measures for cross-technical issues.
• Support global sites with infrastructure needs, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance.
Qualifications:
Required:
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure engineering, ideally in OT environments.
• Hands-on expertise in multiple technologies, including: Cisco switches and wireless controllers.
• Hypervisors (vSphere, AHV).
