Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Walnut Creek, CA
Setting: OR
Term: ASAP - 3 Months, with ability to extend
Shift Schedule: Mix of 8- and 10-hour shifts. 40 hours weekly.
Pay Rate: $230-235/hr
A hospital in Walnut Creek, CA is looking to hire Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to cover general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, ENT, GYN, plastics, vascular, and podiatry (with robotic and laparoscopic variations for most of these cases) and healthy pediatrics.

Duties/Responsibilities of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist:

โ€ข Educate patients and their families about the anesthesia process and recovery.
โ€ข Prepare and administer anesthesia medication via injection, inhalation, or oral medication.
โ€ข Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels during surgery.
โ€ข Oversee patients' safety as they recover from anesthesia.
โ€ข Maintain and calibrate anesthesia equipment.
โ€ข Document patient care in medical records.
โ€ข Keep up-to-date on the latest anesthesia practices and procedure
