Department Overview

Columbia Memorial Hospital in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University are searching for a general surgeon to join our Astoria, Oregon group of surgeons who provide general surgery care to patients in a community setting.

Function/Duties of Position

General Surgery opportunity at a Critical Access Hospital on the Oregon Coast with an affiliation Oregon’s only academic medical center.

Practice Details

  • Clinical Associate role with a balanced mix of dedicated OR and clinic time.
  • Collaborative, established relationships with surgeons, oncology providers, radiologists, pathologists, hospitalists and primary care providers
  • 1:4 General Surgery call while maintaining prompt offsite availability.
  • Growing and financially strong organization.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary with annual quality incentives.

Required Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited medical school.
