How You'll Create Possibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Work as an independent contributor to the tool crib operation.
  • Order crib stock items via the eAM min/max system.
  • Adjust PO quantity on min/max POs as needed.
  • Expedite emergency orders for crib stock items on the min/max system.
  • Manually order items that do not have Blank Purchase Agreements.
  • Maintain technical knowledge of tool crib operations.
  • Maintain order reports for manual ordered items.
  • Update quantity and pricing on manually ordered crib items.
  • Expedite emergency orders manually ordered crib stock items.
  • Monitor & communicate issues that arise related to safety/maintenance/production.
  • Partner with maintenance/engineering/shop floor to determine correct replacement for obsolete parts.
  • Order and expedite non crib items as needed and maintain the order report.
  • Use Excel to identify correct description, order quantity, order history and usage history for crib items.
  • Interface with sourcing and suppliers as needed to ensure orders are approved and delivered in a timely manner.

What You'll Bring to Our Team
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
    Minimum:
  • Computer skills including Intermediate level use of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
  • Prior MRO buying/purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience working with suppliers/vendors.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to details with the ability to multitask.

  • Preferred:
  • Working knowledge of eAM (Enterprise Asset Management).
  • 3 to 5 years of prior MRO buying/purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3 to 5 years of Prior experience working with suppliers/vendors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Work and communicate with upper management as needed.
