Job Overview
Dig Into a New Opportunity this Spring 2026 with Mariani Landscape! As a Crew Member, you'll contribute directly to the visual appeal and health of diverse landscapes. Your expertise will be applied to maintaining lawns and gardens, ensuring each area reflects our high standards. You'll also play a crucial role in seasonal pruning, shaping and enhancing the beauty of our client's properties.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct general maintenance duties such as mowing lawns, edging, and trimming.
  • Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants and shrubs.
  • Remove weeds and dead plants as needed to preserve the health and natural beauty of the plants.
  • Trim overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves to ensure an appealing look to the area.
  • Operating various landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and tillers.

Job Requirements
  • Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers
  • Strong knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
