Job description

We're Hiring: Support Specialist| Event Staff (Warehouse & Event Production) 

Are you someone who enjoys staying active, working with your hands, and being part of exciting live events? We're looking for a Full-Time Support Specialist to join our growing team!

We are a fast-paced experiential marketing agency based in Long Beach that creates and executes brand activations, live events, product launches, trade shows, and consumer engagement programs in CA and across the United States. We partner with some of the world's leading automotive, beauty, and lifestyle brands to bring unforgettable experiences to life.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves and wants to be part of an amazing production team. No two days are the same!

Responsibilities:

  • Support our onsite Production Team with event installation and dismantle.
  • Pull event assets from the warehouse and prepare them for upcoming programs.
  • Load and unload trucks and vans for local and out-of-state events.
  • Help organize and maintain our warehouse.
  • Perform pre-event equipment checks and basic maintenance.
  • Assemble displays, signage, tents, flags, and other event elements.
  • Assist with troubleshooting during live events.
  • Return event assets to the warehouse and ensure everything is cleaned, organized, and ready for the next program.
  • Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE.
  • Help with general warehouse duties and other miscellaneous labor tasks as needed.

Qualifications: 

  • Has 1–2 years of experience in event production, warehouse, construction, moving, or a similar hands-on role (preferred).
  • Is dependable, hardworking, and enjoys physical work.
  • Can lift, move, and safely handle event equipment.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
  • Is comfortable working flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and occasional holidays when events require.
  • Is willing to travel locally and occasionally out of state.
  • Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Lives reasonably close to our Long Beach office
