At ETC Florida, an award-winning leader in the Home Automation industry for over 38 years. We’ve automated some of the most prestigious homes and properties across Palm Beach, Martin, Indian River and Broward counties.
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team in beautiful Palm Beach. If you have hands-on programming experience with Crestron, Control4, Lutron, or Savant systems, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and service smart home systems including lighting, shades, AV, security and automation.
  • Perform system updates, diagnostics, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system use.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Crestron, Control4, Lutron, or Savant programming and troubleshooting.
