Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services is seeking a Care Coordinator/Dispatcher to oversee the daily operations at our cremation facility location. We are dedicated to providing dignified cremation services for those who have lost their beloved pets. We are a LGBTQ+ friendly employer currently seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Coordinator. We know pets are family and want to treat them with the utmost care and respect after their passing. Come help us help people and you'll make a difference every day!


This is a full-time position and would include 1 weekend shift per week. The successful candidate will join a professional and effective staff, ensuring that our services exceed the expectations of veterinary clinics and families. Acting with a sense of ownership, they will uphold our standards of compassion, quality, honesty, integrity, and dignity.


This position would be for four 10-hour shifts.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform opening and closing duties to ensure the safety of staff, equipment, and facilities.
  • Lead and inspire a team of Care Providers/Drivers to deliver exceptional service on a daily basis.
  • Conduct high-quality, private cremation services (training provided).
  • Plan and schedule driver routes for pick-ups and returns to home and veterinary clinics.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all driver-facing communication via phone, proprietary software, text, and email.
  • Maintain attention to detail while serving multiple families, ensuring an error-free standard.
  • Monitor the movement of drivers to meet scheduled pick-ups and returns efficiently.
  • Respond to customers and veterinary staff promptly and professionally, providing thorough support.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and presentable state of the crematory facility and company vehicles.
  • Occasionally lift, push, and pull objects up to 150 pounds with assistance.
  • Occasionally stoop, bend, push, pull, and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds for short distances.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.
