Aubrey Thrasher, LLC is a national collections and creditors' rights law firm. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Aubrey Thrasher represents banks, non-bank lenders, credit unions, equipment finance companies and other financial institutions in the collection of commercial and consumer debt. Aubrey Thrasher's attorneys file litigation and post-judgment actions directly in ten states and nationally through a network of law firms.

The firm seeks full-time Legal Assistants for its growing litigation practice to join the attorneys and other professionals in the collaborative environment of its Buckhead, Atlanta office. The firm offers training and development opportunities for enthusiastic new team members to grow with the firm


Responsibilities:

  • Draft and file complaints, affidavits, motions, and other court filings
  • Maintain client files and court documents via our case management system
  • Assist with management of court calendars
  • Manage communications with clients, court staff, and local counsel

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of legal support or paralegal experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
