Position Summary

Community Credit Union of Florida is seeking an accomplished executive to serve as the Chief Experience Officer (CXO). Working closely with the CEO and executive team, this role will lead the credit union’s experience, marketing, and digital delivery functions. Collaborating cross‑departmentally, the CXO will play a key role in driving organizational growth by identifying and resolving friction points in the member experience, product development, implementing innovative digital solutions, and strengthening the credit union’s connections within the local community. This is a high‑profile leadership role, and the CXO will be expected to serve as a visible ambassador for the Credit Union, representing the organization at community events and public engagements. A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of executive leadership experience are required; a master’s degree is preferred.
