As an HR Intern at YCC, you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting the employees and volunteers who work tirelessly to change lives. What You’ll Do

As an intern, you won’t just observe—you’ll actively contribute to important HR functions like:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Learn how to attract top talent by crafting job postings, screening candidates, and organizing interviews.

  2. Employee Engagement
