Job description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic candidate to join our Cash Collection and Treasury team.

The role will focus mainly on cash collection, around 90% of the internship. Cash management tasks will represent around 10% and will be introduced gradually once the intern understands our processes, clients, and business environment.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced ad tech environment. The intern will work closely with clients, Sales, and Finance teams to follow up on payments, reconcile accounts, and support process improvement projects, including AI and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Collection, 90%

  • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients
  • Communicate with clients, Sales, and internal teams by email and phone
  • Help resolve payment issues and disputes
  • Prepare aging reports and analyze overdue accounts
  • Reconcile old accounts and identify discrepancies
  • Keep accurate records of collection actions
  • Support escalation when needed
  • Contribute to process improvement and AI-related projects

Cash Management, 10%
Cash management responsibilities will be introduced progressively and may include:

  • Supporting cash reporting
  • Helping with bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with cash allocation
  • Participating in treasury projects
