  • 401(k) matching program for eligible Associates

  • Travel discounts with Hilton and Crescent-managed properties throughout North America

  • Career development and growth opportunities within Crescent Hotels & Resorts

  • Create innovative menus and seasonal offerings that balance authenticity, creativity, guest preferences, and market trends.

  • Establish and maintain exceptional standards for food quality, presentation, consistency, and execution.

  • Continually evaluate culinary trends and identify opportunities to differentiate the hotel's food and beverage experience.

Lead & Develop the Culinary Team

  • Partner closely with Food & Beverage, Banquets, Catering, Sales, and hotel leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences.

  • Provide culinary leadership for weddings, meetings, social events, and high-profile functions.

  • Engage with guests and respond to feedback to continually elevate the culinary experience.

Drive Financial & Operational Performance

  • Own culinary financial performance, including food cost, labor, purchasing, inventory, forecasting, and departmental budgeting.

  • Develop strategies to achieve financial objectives without compromising food quality or the guest experience.

  • Manage purchasing, receiving, storage, inventory controls, product utilization, and waste reduction.

  • Analyze business levels, sales trends, and costs to make informed operational decisions.

  • Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers while ensuring quality and value.
