Job description

A Robert Crown Seasonal Art Instructor teaches various art forms, inspires creativity, and develops students' artistic skills in educational settings. Key Responsibilities 
  • Lesson Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cover various art techniques, styles, and history.
  • Instruction: Provide hands-on instruction in different art forms, including painting, drawing, sculpture, and mixed media.
  • Student Engagement: Inspire and encourage students to express their creativity and develop their artistic abilities through various projects and assignments.
  • Classroom Management: (10-12 students, ages 5-12) Maintain a safe, organized, and clean classroom environment, ensuring that all materials and supplies are available and in good condition.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with current trends in art education and continuously improve teaching methodologies.
  Qualifications 
  • Education: Position prefer a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience as an art instructor or in a similar role 3-5 yrs.
  • Skills: Strong foundational knowledge in various art forms, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
