Help Bring Creativity to the Community

Do you love organizing, keeping things running smoothly, and helping good ideas become reality?

Just Add Creative is seeking a friendly, tech-savvy Administrative Coordinator to support the behind-the-scenes work that helps us bring free craft kits, creative experiences, and community art opportunities to people throughout our community.

This is a flexible volunteer role perfect for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and making a meaningful impact without a large time commitment.

What You'll Help With

  • Sending follow-up emails and community communications
  • Coordinating volunteers, schedules, and reminders
  • Helping organize projects, documents, and information
  • Supporting event planning and logistics
  • Assisting with outreach to volunteers, partners, and community members
  • Helping our leadership team stay organized and focused
