Job description

Looking for a Marketing internship to complement your academic studies this fall? Are you a driven and talented college student looking for a way to distinguish yourself and grow your experience? If so, this opportunity could be a great fit for you! We are looking for qualified undergraduates to intern for our Fall 2026 internship program, which runs from August - December. We are also open to students who are able to join us for the entire academic school year - both the Fall (2026) and Spring (2027) semesters. This is a paid internship and we are looking for students who can work 15-20 hours per week.

What you'll do: Assists the R&R Realty Group's multifamily portfolio with digital marketing, graphic design, social media, email marketing, property branding, and marketing analytics. This position offers hands-on experience in commercial real estate marketing while developing creative, organizational, and communication skills through a variety of real-world marketing projects.

  • Assist in executing marketing strategies for multiple multifamily communities while maintaining each property's unique brand and messaging.
  • Design marketing materials, digital advertisements, email campaigns, flyers, and promotional pieces using Canva and other marketing software.
  • Plan, create, film, edit, and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms using Meta Business Suite.
  • Assist with weekly prospect email campaigns and other email marketing initiatives, including design, content creation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Maintain and update Internet Listing Service (ILS) websites to ensure property information, pricing, photography, and amenities remain accurate and competitive.
  • Perform regular marketing audits, including ILS audits, pricing audits, and website content reviews.
  • Create and distribute resident communications, including resident portal announcements, newsletters, referral campaigns, and special resident emails.
  • Assist with planning, promoting, and supporting resident events, open houses, and other community marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct competitive market research and shop comparable apartment communities as assigned.
  • Collect, organize, and report quarterly marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics.
  • Maintain property directories and marketing materials to ensure branding consistency and accuracy.
  • Attend marketing team meetings and multifamily marketing meetings.
  • Travel to apartment communities and company properties as needed to create content, assist with events, photography, videography, and marketing projects.

What it takes to join our team:

  • Must be enrolled as a college student currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. (Junior and senior student status preferred).
  • Ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail.
  • Creative, curious & proactive – we value new ideas and ways of doing things. Come prepared to dive in and make a difference.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be an active learner - willing to learn new things, tackle new projects and software and demonstrate initiative.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
