Responsibilities
  • Define and own the eCommerce five-year vision
  • Lead and develop the eCommerce Annual and Strategic Business Plans
  • Provide people leadership for eCommerce Gig program
  • Evaluate and recommend marketplace expansions
  • Own the eCommerce assortment strategy
  • Manage efforts to ensure KCP products rank well in search results
  • Mentor sales, finance, RGM, and marketing teams
  • Lead product launch gate processes
  • Develop and evolve eCommerce playbook
  • Partner with RGM, Consumer and Category teams for Price Pack Architecture
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or sales
  • Proven track record in eCommerce and omnichannel business
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce trends, best practices and tools
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Innovative and creative thinker
  • Well organized and disciplined planner
