Job description
This position is expected to start September 2026 and continue through the entire Fall 2026 term (through December 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time (20 to 25 hours) and on-site.
In This Role
- Work closely with visual merchandisers and project/production managers to support the styling and arrangement of products in showroom displays
- Support pre-market coordination efforts, helping ensure materials, styling details, and logistics are prepared to brand standard
- Help organize, clean, and maintain props and showroom spaces to keep them functional and presentation-ready
- Support vendor relationships, including coordinating deliveries and pick-ups
- Run errands as needed, such as sourcing styling materials, food props, and design tools to support showroom preparation
- Prepare soft goods (e.g., textiles, linens) for display by steaming or ironing to ensure a polished presentation
- Collaborate with the production and merchandising teams to learn how furniture and accessories are selected to create cohesive showroom designs
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person
- Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
