Job Summary

The Director of Brand Creative leads the overall creative vision and execution across multiple direct-to-consumer and B2B brands. This role is responsible for developing brand identity, creative strategy, digital campaigns, AI-enabled creative production, studio and location photography, marketing assets, and team leadership. The position works closely with eCommerce, Growth, and Brand teams to deliver high-quality creative content that supports business growth and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative strategy and brand direction across multiple brands.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Develop creative concepts for digital campaigns, seasonal promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with eCommerce and Growth teams to align creative assets with business objectives.
  • Oversee AI-enabled creative production processes and improve creative workflows.
  • Direct studio and on-location photo/video shoots from planning through final delivery.
  • Produce creative assets for digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, websites, sales materials, and events.
  • Support creative development for both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop an in-house creative team while improving processes and collaboration.
  • Stay current with emerging creative technologies, AI tools, and design trends.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of creative leadership experience.
  • Experience leading multi-brand creative projects across digital and brand marketing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign, digital, email, social media, and branding work.
  • Experience managing creative teams and directing photo/video productions.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
  • Experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
  • Strong collaboration skills with marketing, eCommerce, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with B2B marketing, UX/web design, or home furnishings is preferred.
