Job description

Meds.com is a rapidly growing consumer technology firm operating a suite of healthcare businesses, including our flagship brands BlueChew & MOD. Our mission is to better patients' lives through innovative healthcare solutions. With a team of 350 professionals across various specialties, we've built scalable pharmacy, telemedicine, and e-commerce platforms using cutting-edge technology. As we continue our accelerated growth trajectory, we're launching new products to expand our patient base and accelerate growth. Join us in tackling exciting challenges at the intersection of healthcare and technology.

Build the Creative That Defines a Category:

We're building one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer healthcare brands in the country, and we're looking for someone who can help shape what millions of consumers see next.

This is not a brand manager role. It isn't a copywriter role. And it isn't a media buying role.

It's the role that sits at the center of all three.

As our Creative Strategist, Growth, you'll uncover insights, identify opportunities, develop creative concepts, and build campaigns that drive measurable business results. You'll combine consumer psychology, cultural awareness, data, and storytelling to create advertising that people actually remember and that performs.

If your camera roll is filled with screenshots of great ads, your TikTok bookmarks are full of campaigns you wish you had made, and you constantly ask yourself why certain brands win while others disappear, you'll fit right in.

Join our team in Austin, TX - we're looking for someone who truly values and enjoys working in the office, not just tolerates it.

  • Present creative recommendations confidently and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Stay on the leading edge of advertising, creator content, AI, and consumer trends to continually bring fresh ideas to the team.

What Looks Great
  • You don't wait for inspiration. You actively search for it.

  • You consume advertising the way athletes watch film.

  • You know the difference between a good idea and one that changes behavior.

  • You're equally comfortable discussing positioning, consumer psychology, direct response copy, and performance metrics.

  • You understand that every creative decision should be intentional, measurable, and rooted in a clear strategic insight.

  • You love turning research, trends, and data into campaigns that people remember and that drive measurable business growth.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, growth marketing, advertising, brand strategy, or a similar role.

  • Experience at a high-growth DTC, consumer technology, subscription, or e-commerce company.

  • Strong understanding of paid social creative and performance marketing.

  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong creative instincts with an analytical mindset.

  • Ability to connect creative decisions directly to business outcomes.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Naturally curious with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.

Bonus Points
  • Experience in telemedicine, healthcare, wellness, or another regulated industry.

  • Experience writing commercial scripts, social-first campaigns, and performance creative.

  • Familiarity with consumer research, qualitative interviews, and creative testing methodologies.

  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, scripting, and creative development.

  • Experience working in a subscription-based business.

  • You'll become a trusted strategic partner to Creative, Growth Marketing, and Executive Leadership while helping establish one of the most recognizable brands in consumer healthcare.
