Job description

Role: Creative Project Manager (Account Executive)

Location:  Wilmington, Delaware

About the role:

As Creative Project Manager (Account Executive) on the Creative Center of Excellence team, you'll be the central point of contact for creative project delivery - managing the full process from brief through to final launch. You'll partner with cross-functional teams, navigate governance and approval workflows, and keep budgets, timelines, and brand standards on track. This is a role for someone who brings both creative sensibility and operational clarity, moving between strategy conversations and project detail with equal confidence.

What you will be doing:

  • Guide creative strategy across campaigns, supporting the full customer journey from awareness through to conversion
  • Manage creative projects end-to-end: brief development, kickoff, production, reviews, approvals, and final delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including design, copy, digital, and social - to produce high-quality, on-brand work
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and agency partners, maintaining clear communication and aligned expectations throughout each project
  • Ensure brand consistency across channels including digital, social, print, and beyond
  • Navigate approval and governance workflows with Legal, Compliance, and other internal teams, keeping projects moving without compromising standards
  • Track project budgets and timelines, flagging risks early and managing changes proactively
  • Raise purchase orders and support financial administration across active projects

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Experience in marketing or creative account management, ideally within financial services or an agency environment
  • A strong creative eye with practical knowledge across digital, social, print, and multi-channel campaigns
  • Clear, confident communication skills and a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Solid project management capability: organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows, approval processes, and governance frameworks
  • A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in well-crafted, strategically grounded creative work
  • Professional proficiency in English
