A global communications agency specializing in pharmaceutical and expanding sectors, known for strategic communications, high-impact events, and creative execution, is looking for a Creative Events Producer. Our client has grown from a founder-led startup to a 100+ person, multi-award-winning agency handling complex business transformation and large-scale change initiatives.
About The Role

The Creative Event Producer leads client projects from concept to completion, delivering high-quality events, communications, digital, and creative solutions on time and on budget. You'll translate complex messages into engaging experiences across channels, combining strategic thinking with hands-on project management. Success requires exceptional organization, creativity, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities

Events & Experiential Production
Plan and deliver live, virtual, and hybrid events including leadership meetings, national sales meetings, exhibitions, and experiential activations
Manage production schedules, technical teams, rehearsals, presenters, and show delivery
Oversee event technologies, apps, and interactive digital experiences
Coordinate significant exhibition design, content development, and multimedia/technology components
Client & Project Management

Manage projects from brief to delivery and final reconciliation across events, campaigns, and content
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
Lead client meetings, identify growth opportunities, and manage stakeholder expectations
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and forecasts; negotiate with suppliers to maximize profitability
Creative & Content Production

Develop compelling content and creative solutions across presentations, 360 brand campaigns, marketing campaigns, video, graphics, PPT, websites, HTML, SharePoint, and training materials
Prepare proposals, scripts, and client-facing communications
Brief and manage designers, developers, video producers, and specialist suppliers to meet brand and client objectives
Design communication strategy and distill complex information into narratives that drive energy and action
Pharmaceutical Communications (Preferred)

Deliver compliant communications for regulated industries, with knowledge of MLR approval processes and compliance requirements
Translate complex scientific/medical information into engaging multi-channel communications
Innovation & Operations

Coordinate freelancers and external suppliers to ensure high-quality outcomes
Identify new technologies, creative approaches, and industry trends to enhance client solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes and team capability
Knowledge & Experience Required

Proven experience delivering complex communications and event projects from concept to completion
Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and supplier management skills
Experience across live events, exhibitions, digital, content, and creative production
Excellent client/stakeholder management, writing, editing, and presentation skills
Understanding of video production, graphic design, web development, and interactive experiences
Pharmaceutical industry experience + MLR/compliance knowledge highly desirable
Exceptional organization, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure
Creative, proactive, adaptable, with strong people skills
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for client visits and event execution
Education

Degree in Event Management, Communications, or similar field preferred
Work Environment

Primarily office-based with travel required for client visits and event execution. All equipment provided. Full-time.
