This role is responsible for managing creative & legal reviews and fostering relationships with our key stakeholders (internal & external) and to establish efficient workflows. What you will do:

Participate in creative reviews using data to understand what's performing and why. * Recommend iterative tests, new angles, refreshed hooks, and optimization opportunities for ongoing campaigns.

Considering a host of recent initiatives, significant retail distribution opportunities, and high-growth e-commerce initiatives, there is no shortage of exciting projects for the Every Man Jack team.
THE ROLE
The Creative Traffic Coordinator keeps projects moving by building and maintaining schedules, tracking tasks, and following up on creative approvals to ensure timely delivery. This role works closely with the Director, Marketing Production & Creative Operations, and sits at the center of our creative production process, serving as the connective tissue that keeps work flowing from brief to final asset.
Detail-oriented and dependable, this person is comfortable managing multiple projects at once, is an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is an intelligent team player, approachable, organized, and process-minded, with a positive, professional attitude and a genuine ability to keep creative teams on track without slowing them down.
This is a part-time contract engagement expected to run through the end of 2026. At that point, the role will be evaluated to assess ongoing needs and next steps.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Project Management
  • Build and maintain project schedules across concurrent creative workstreams, ensuring accurate timelines and clear ownership
  • Track task status, flag delays proactively, and keep deliverables moving across the team
  • Follow up on creative reviews and approvals in a timely, organized manner to avoid bottlenecks
  • Monitor project status and communicate updates to creative and cross-functional partners alike

Workflow & Asset Management
  • Maintain working knowledge of creative production processes and serve as a reliable liaison between designers, marketers, and brand stakeholders
  • Support digital asset management workflows, with a basic understanding of DAM platforms and how assets move through a creative pipeline
  • Adjust schedules and priorities quickly as project needs evolve, maintaining clarity for all stakeholders

Communication & Coordination
  • Provide clear, timely written and verbal updates to the team and cross-functional partners
  • Close the loop consistently on outstanding tasks and approvals without needing to be reminded
  • Bring a flexible, patient, and easy-to-work-with energy to a fast-moving creative environment

THE CANDIDATE
This person is highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a genuine comfort managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously. CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Smartsheet proficiency: strong ability to build and manage project schedules, track tasks, and maintain accurate timelines across multiple projects
  • Creative awareness: working knowledge of creative production processes; comfortable communicating with designers, marketers, and brand stakeholders
  • Approval tracking: experience following up on creative reviews and approvals in a timely, organized manner
  • Task management: ability to monitor project status, flag delays, and keep deliverables on track across concurrent workstreams
  • Clear communication: strong written and verbal skills; able to provide timely updates to creatives and cross-functional partners alike
  • Organizational skills: highly detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
  • Digital asset familiarity: basic understanding of DAM platforms and how assets move through a creative workflow
  • Adaptability: able to adjust schedules and priorities quickly as project needs evolve
  • Follow-through: reliable and consistent in closing the loop on outstanding tasks and approvals without needing to be prompted

HOURS: Part-Time Contract, maximum 20 hours per week
