About the Role
As a pivotal member of the creative team, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of a premium retail brand, ensuring every image reflects its commitment to quality and sophisticated design. This role offers the chance to apply your artistic eye and technical expertise to high-volume e-commerce and catalog photography, directly influencing how customers perceive and engage with the brand's offerings. You will contribute to key projects by delivering flawless, consistent, and visually stunning imagery that elevates the brand's presence in the market.
What You'll Do
  • Perform high-end image retouching across product, lifestyle, and marketing imagery, ensuring every detail meets elevated brand standards.
  • Execute precise color correction and color matching to maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
  • Conduct detailed image reconstruction and compositing work, bringing complex visual concepts to life.
  • Prepare and submit images for review, efficiently incorporating feedback from creative and production teams.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to meet demanding deadlines and uphold the highest quality expectations.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of professional retouching experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing compelling before-and-after retouching work that demonstrates your skill and artistic vision.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Bridge and the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent color vision and a refined aesthetic aligned with premium brand standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining exceptional quality.

Nice to Have Qualifications
  • A background in fine art, photography, illustration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with print production workflows.
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign.
