The Account Program Manager for Creative Operations NVIDIA Gear Store & VIP Gifting Program at NVIDIA offers an outstanding opportunity to act as a strategic and operational partner to our in-house creative team and important collaborators. This role covers all aspects of managing projects, including merchandise development, creative deliverables, and vendor coordination. The perfect candidate is meticulous, proactive, and performs well under pressure while handling multiple priorities. They bring solid account management experience from an in-house agency or retail background and possess strong communication and spreadsheet skills to aid senior and executive-level initiatives. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence, using a high-touch, participant-focused approach when engaging with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.


What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as a point of contact for Gear Store and VIP gifting collaborators, including marketing, HR, events, and executive staff. Ensure their needs are clearly captured and translated into actionable project briefs.

  • Take responsibility for the entire project lifecycle for creative and production (apparel, merchandise, packaging, digital and print assets), from intake and prioritization through planning, implementation, quality assurance, and post-launch review.

  • Collaborate closely with the in-house creative team to manage timelines, prioritize workloads, and make certain that creative output aligns with NVIDIA brand standards and strategic goals.

  • Support VIP gifting strategy and execution, including managing item selection and customization, and orchestrating packaging, and delivery logistics.

  • Prepare and deliver regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries that clearly communicate project health, risks, and decision points.

  • Ensure all assets meet quality, brand, and accessibility standards, coordinating reviews with legal, brand, and compliance teams as required.

  • Collaborate with external vendors as needed.

What we need to see:

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, production management, or traffic/operations in an in-house agency or a creative or marketing division of a large corporation.

  • Proven experience supporting retail, corporate merchandising, or branded merchandise programs (e.g., company stores, swag, corporate gifting, or consumer retail marketing).

  • Demonstrated strength in spreadsheet-based planning and reporting (e.g., complex trackers, budgets, timelines, capacity planning) with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines in a fast paced, fast-changing environment.

  • Experience working directly with senior and C-suite collaborators, including preparing succinct updates and handling sensitive or confidential initiatives with discretion.

  • Strong understanding of creative and production workflows for building, copy, and merchandise (from brief and concept through production and fulfillment).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear plans and next steps.

  • A genuine interest or experience with AI tools (e.g., project tracking, automation platforms, data analysis tools) and a willingness to integrate them into day-to-day workflows.

  • BS/BA required or equivalent experience.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD.
