As part of the broader Fanatics ecosystem, we leverage a digital sports platform that spans over 900 sports properties and engages more than 81 million fans. About the Team
Fanatics Trading Card Game (TCG) is a new Seattle-based trading card game studio within the Fanatics Collectibles family, founded by industry veterans with a long-term mandate: to build enduring franchises that live across tabletop, digital, community, and culture. We're looking for the most skilled and passionate talent in the games industry and beyond to help us create the best trading card games in the world.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a project management professional to be the operational backbone of Fanatics TCG's creative teams. Reporting to the Director of Card Production, the Creative Producer manages the schedules, workflows, and coordination infrastructure that move creative work from game design through final card files. This is a role for someone who finds genuine meaning in building the systems that let creative people do their best work.
Responsibilities
  • End-to-end project management for creative workstreams, maintaining master schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring clear accountability at every stage
  • Maintain production workflows, templates, and asset tracking systems that scale as the studio grows
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between studio disciplines and downstream teams including production, product, and marketing
  • Run regular production meetings - facilitating standups, milestone reviews, and cross-functional syncs with clarity and efficiency
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, resource gaps, and production bottlenecks before they become crises
  • Develop and refine the team's use of project management and asset management tooling, driving adoption and improving consistency across workstreams
  • Maintain clear documentation of project status, decisions, and dependencies for use by team leads and studio leadership
Qualifications & Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in creative production, project management, or studio operations in games or a related creative industry
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-team creative projects from initiation through delivery
  • Experience coordinating across creative disciplines including art, game design, and narrative in a game development context
  • Experience working in trading cards, tabletop games, or collectibles is a plus
  • Background in early-stage or fast-growing studio environments is highly valued
Location
All employees of Fanatics TCG are expected to be onsite in our Seattle office five days per week.
Ensure your Fanatics job offer is legitimate and don't fall victim to fraud. Fanatics never seeks payment from job applicants. Feel free to ask your recruiter for a phone call or other type of communication for interview, and ensure your communication is coming from a Fanatics email address (including @collectfanatics.com). For added security, where possible, apply through our company website at www.fanaticsinc.com/careers
