We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working Marketing Account Executive that will be responsible for assisting, developing, and executing marketing initiatives for Starkey's retail clients. This involves daily contact with customers by phone and e-mail, and occasional in-person visits, to determine their marketing needs. The Retail Marketing Account Executive will work with customers to develop traditional and digital marketing plans and calendars, assist in creative production of marketing materials, and implement marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; marketing degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of marketing or comparable business experience in a corporate marketing or agency environment; Account management and experience with building customer relationships; some sales experience a plus
  • Digital marketing and social media experience is required

Our marketing account executive will:
  • Manage the marketing efforts for assigned clients with great attention to detail and focus on client and internal goals
  • Proactively work with accounts to develop and implement marketing strategies across different marketing mediums
  • Communicate new marketing programs and materials to clients as developed
  • Drive consistent evolution in clients' digital marketing efforts
  • Participate in client meetings and training courses
    • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Work with internal team members to ensure new projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Work with preferred vendors and programs for creative production, demographic reports, and campaign tracking
  • Maintain a working partnership with sales staff to determine priority clients for marketing support

Salary and Other Compensation:
The target pay range for this position is between $64,680 - $73,500 / year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
