Job description

Unique Landscaping Manager

Assist Owner in overseeing details, communication between crews and the office and oversight of crews and work.

Assist and oversee daily loading/unloading of crews, vehicles, equipment and material.

Uphold Unique Landscaping's policies in a fair manner.

Conduct periodical irrigation audits.

Conduct or assist in 6wk/6mo/1yr follow-ups on new landscape installations.

Oversee Company tree lot, including wholesale plants, trees and other materials, and the acquisition thereof for client installations and general use.

Work with designated drivers to plan assignments, procurement and repair of work vehicles.

Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are being met in the field.

Assist and provide oversight in the lining out of new landscape installations, which may include marking and tagging, irrigation planning and initial auditing, and use of internal software to denote said planning.

Provide new hires with an orientation that appropriately introduces them to Unique Landscaping.

Plan, follow and execute schedules appropriately.
