Job description

As a Landscaping Crew Leader at Klausing Group, you will supervise a team who play a crucial role in ensuring the beauty and functionality of the properties we serve while satisfying our clients. You'll lead by delivering safe, professional, and productive landscape services, representing both our brand and our clients' interests.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily adherence to policies and procedures, emphasizing safety
  • Maintain quality standards and achieve job budgets
  • Operate and maintain equipment according to company guidelines
  • Provide direction, supervision, and training to team members
  • Communicate client issues or opportunities to account managers promptly
Experience and Skills:
  • Landscaping, lawn care, tree and shrub care, planting flowers, pruning, lawn mowing
  • Snow Removal: Safely clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and other areas
  • Knowledge of company safety policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with basic landscape services quality standards
  • Understanding of production systems, including route and job site management
  • Proficiency in horticulture, including plant and pest identification, weed control, and fertilization
  • Leadership skills to inspire and uphold company standards
  • Familiarity with social and environmental policies, including vehicle usage, recycling initiatives, and community service events
Position Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in constant standing and walking
  • Valid driver’s license, DOT medical certificate, and insurability
