We're looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated Master level Clinician to join our In-Home Therapy team. If you're someone who thrives outside the office and wants to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and families, this is the role for you.ย ย 

Responsibilities:ย  ย 

  • Assessing families and youth in their natural environments (home, school, community)ย ย 
  • Developing treatment plans that reflect family voice and choiceย ย 
  • Providing therapy to youth and families using evidence-based approachesย ย ย 
  • Preventing hospitalizations and out-of-home placementsย ย ย 
  • Managing crises and building safety plans that actually workย ย ย 
  • Guiding families toward healthier relationships, better communication, and stronger emotional wellnessย ย ย 
  • Teaming up with our bachelor's-level support staff to provide comprehensive wraparound careย ย 

Requirements:ย 

  • Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field - must be license eligibleย ย 
  • Valid MA Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with a good driving recordย 
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic settingย ย ย 
  • Strong communication skills & emotional intelligenceย ย ย 
  • Ability to make clinical judgments and work independentlyย ย ย 
  • Compassion, flexibility, and a commitment to equity and family-centered careย ย ย
