PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Photograph new home projects, finishes, and completed builds for social media and marketing use
- Capture professional photography and video content on-site at projects, events, and showings
- Edit photos and short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
- Create, plan, and schedule social media content around new project photography
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality visual presence across all company social channels
- Create graphics and marketing materials as needed
- Organize and archive company photo and video files by project
- Develop content ideas and marketing campaigns built around the photography
- Monitor social media engagement and basic performance
DESIGN OFFICE SUPPORT
- Assist the design office with day-to-day administrative needs
- Help coordinate schedules around project photo shoots and design meetings
- Keep photo/design files, materials, and documents organized
- Support the design team with basic emails, scheduling, and errands as needed
- Help coordinate company events and meetings
- Handle additional office and marketing tasks as needed
IDEAL CANDIDATE
