The Associate, Growth Marketing will be a key member of the Growth team assisting in day-to-day campaign management, creative strategy and analytics of our key digital channels. With the guidance and support of senior team members, they will work to drive growth in new customers and gross margin with a focus on efficiency and scale. They will get exposure to a variety of digital marketing channels including paid social, paid search, affiliates and display to better understand our marketing touchpoints and how users interact with our brand. They will also have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Creative, Brand Marketing, Site, and Merch teams.

What You'll Do: Campaign Management
  • Own day-to-day execution of Paid Social and Display campaigns including campaign builds, audience testing and creative rotations
  • Support Paid Social Manager in day-to-day operations of our affiliate program including monitoring spend, uploading promotions into Impact Radius, and sharing upcoming product launches and promo details with key partners
  • Create audiences to test against our standard audience set in effort to expand our reach in key target segments
  • Monitor daily campaign performance identifying opportunities to scale spend or pull back to maintain efficiencies
  • Upload and QA ads across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit
  • Assist Director of Growth and Paid Social Manager in launching tests across emerging platforms
Content and Landing Page Strategy
  • Assist Paid Social Manager in creative briefing process, ensuring our content is aligned to brand marketing storylines and new customer trends
  • Analyze creative performance and synthesize insights to inform testing roadmap and overarching creative strategy for Growth Marketing
  • Work closely with Site team to ensure that we are sending traffic to the appropriate landing pages based on creative and messaging, adjusting current landing experiences as necessary
  • Collaborate with the organic social and influencer teams to share learnings cross-functionally and develop collective best practices
  • Partner with Influencer and Ambassador marketing teams to brief in creator-led content pieces to be used across our Paid Social channels
Reporting and Analytics
  • Evaluate campaign and creative success based on multiple inputs including last-click data, incrementality measures and in-platform engagement data
  • Analyze data to share campaign and creative insights in weekly Digital Team meetings and create an action plan for next steps
  • Proactively identify and action on opportunities to increase efficiency and drive growth
You Should Have:
  • 1-4 years of experience managing digital marketing channels, like paid social or paid search
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics to measure performance and identify actionable insights
  • Strong excel skills and the ability to analyze campaign and creative performance and make recommendations for optimizations based on your learnings.
  • Understanding of other digital marketing channels including paid search and paid social
  • Genuine sense of curiosity and ability to develop testing plans from hypothesis to measurement and iteration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiencies in workload
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in high growth, rapidly changing environment
