Why you'll love Exhibitus

At Exhibitus, we believe the most powerful brand experiences don’t just look good — they create emotional connection, influence behavior, and make people remember who a brand is.

We’re looking for a highly driven, strategically minded creative who lives at the intersection of brand, space, storytelling, and human experience. Someone who understands how environments communicate. Someone who obsesses over details, thinks in systems, sketches ideas constantly, and knows how to turn strategy into experiences people can physically walk through and emotionally connect with.

This is not a production-only role. This is not a “make it pretty” role.

We’re looking for an emerging creative leader — someone with design instincts, client presence, work ethic, and ambition to help shape the future of experiential design at Exhibit

Position Summary and Responsibilities

Exhibitus is hiring a Senior Experiential Designer / Creative Strategist. As a Senior Experiential Designer/ Creative Strategist you’ll help lead the development of immersive brand environments across trade shows, experiential campaigns, branded environments, and strategic activations for some of the world’s most recognized brands.

  • Contribute to pitch work, RFP responses, and high-level creative strategy
  • Help mentor younger creatives while continuing to sharpen your own craft
  • Push the quality of thinking, not just the quality of renderings
