Job description

Job Title: Creative Director

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Location: Doral, FL

Overview:

Our client is seeking a visionary and process-driven Creative Director to lead their brand into its next phase of rapid growth across hair, skin, body, and beyond. In this role, you will define the visual and emotional brand point of view at every touchpoint from physical packaging to paid acquisition and social channels. You will lead and mentor a talented creative team while establishing the operational rhythm, briefing standards, and production processes needed to ship world-class work efficiently and at scale.

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the brand's visual identity and creative direction across digital, social, packaging, and photo/video, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a premium wellness brand.
  • Translate brand strategy into emotionally resonant creative that connects on a human level, moving beyond feature-and-function storytelling.
  • Lead and manage the creative team (design, photography/video production), setting creative standards while also owning day-to-day project traffic: intake, prioritization, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Build and maintain a structured creative production process (briefing, review cycles, approvals) that keeps output high quality and on schedule.
  • Run the creative team as a service-oriented function, taking in requests through structured briefs and delivering against their priorities and timelines.
  • Design product packaging from concept through production-ready files, while ensuring consistency with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Regulatory to ensure creative and packaging accurately reflect approved claims and compliance requirements without diluting brand impact.
  • Evaluate, select, and responsibly integrate AI design tools into the creative workflow, knowing where they accelerate production and where they fall short of the brand's premium standard.
  • Partner with Marketing on 360 campaign planning, ensuring creative execution supports social, influencer, event, and brand evolution initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Growth & Commerce teams on paid media, lifecycle marketing, and e-commerce creative, ensuring brand consistency across paid and organic channels.
  • Work closely with Product on packaging and creative execution for new product launches and category expansions.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in a creative leadership role, ideally within a premium or luxury consumer goods or wellness brand.
  • A strong brand point of view with a portfolio demonstrating emotionally driven, high-end creative work across physical and digital mediums (submission required with application).
  • Deep experience in DTC/digital commerce creative, including website, social, and paid creative.
  • Direct hands-on experience with product packaging design, from concept through production.
  • People management experience, with proven ability to manage a creative team both on style and quality and on project traffic and production timelines.
  • Comfortable working in a regulated industry, translating compliance and clinical requirements into brand-forward creative.
  • Working knowledge of AI design tools and a clear perspective on how to integrate them responsibly into creative production workflows.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with strong collaborative and cross-functional partnership skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style focused on executing aligned strategies alongside Product, Marketing, and Executive teams.
