Digital Marketing Account Executive

The Digital Marketing Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of our clients’ digital marketing efforts. You create trusting and strategic relationships with clients to help them achieve business goals. We expect you to be good at finding pain points and opportunities to solve problems.

Your expertly skilled at detailed project management, understand the clients brand and their business strategy. You can easily get the right team members together to deliver strategically creative ideas to grow business.

A typical week might look something like this

  • Summarize the problems a client needs to solve and brainstorm with senior team leaders to provide a suggested solution
  • Meet with the Creative Director and Digital Marketing Account Executive to strategize for a campaign.
  • Prep for a kick-off meeting and write a creative brief that supplies clear strategic direction for your creative team members.
  • Aid with research to understand the perceptions that motivate our clients’ customers buying behavior.
  • Prep for a client creative presentation by reviewing creative and ensuring it is on strategy prior to the client presentation. Rehearse with team members to ensure your delivering an experience that improves client perceptions and helping them choose the best idea to drive business.
  • Attend a client strategy session and take notes, while asking pointed questions to better understand their business.
  • Organize multiple projects for different clients and confirm that your team has everything they need to deliver solutions on time and on budget.
  • Ensure all your ongoing projects are entered into ClickUp and confirm your team members understand their assignments during the weekly production meeting.
  • Run weekly lead reports and monthly SEO reports to share during weekly client status meetings.
  • Call your client to set expectations prior to a big creative or brand strategy presentation.
  • Prepare for and run weekly client status update meetings to share progress on projects and ensure our clients know what is going to happen next and when. Ensure you’ve set clear expectations with our clients so that there are no surprises.
